齿轮卧式滚磨光整加工方案设计及理论研究

Technical solution and theoretic research on barrel finishing of gears

摘要: 介绍了目前齿轮的精加工和光整加工方法,指出现有工艺的优缺点。提出了一种齿轮滚磨光整加工的技术方案,阐述了该工艺的加工机理,重点研究了磨料与工件表面间复杂的相对运动情况,建立了数学模型,推导出计算切削速度的公式,从理论上找到影响加工效果的主要因素,并通过MATLAB 软件绘图分析各因素的影响规律。利用离散元软件EDEM对料箱内磨料颗粒系统的运动过程进行可视化仿真,实时地观察了磨料在料箱中的运动情况,通过对比不同参数下,磨料颗粒对齿面的平均接触力,为实验研究和生产应用奠定了理论基础。

Abstract: Briefly introduces current methods of gear finishing technologies and points out advantages and disadvantages of existing processes. A technology of gear barrel finishing has been proposed which elaborates processing mechanism of this technology and gives priority to complicated relative motion between the surface of the abrasive and the workpiece.A mathematical model has been established which derives formulation of calculating cutting speed and main factors that affect the processing effect are found theoretically.Analyzing the influence law of the factors by MATLAB.Using discrete element software EDEM,visually simulate abrasive particles in the system of the movement process and real-time observation of the movement of abrasive in the container.By comparing the abrasive particles on the tooth surface contact force under the different parameters,,laid the theoretical foundations for the experimental research and production application.
