基于压件策略的空气悬架制造中瓶颈缓冲量预测研究

Study of forecasting the bottleneck buffer based on the strategy of withholding workpieces in the production of air suspensions

摘要: 设置瓶颈缓冲对于提高制造系统稳定性和产出效率具有重要意义。针对空气悬架制造过程中的多工件、多工序和多设备并行生产的复杂工况,根据设备故障度和维修度、在制品库存成本、瓶颈停工损失以及异常生产波动因素等,建立了使瓶颈工序停机等件时间最短且成本损失最小的基本瓶颈缓冲量模型,并针对批量加工和压件转运策略造成的工序间歇进行修正。以空气弹簧减震器机械结构关键零件的生产排程为例,验证了该模型能准确预测瓶颈缓冲量。

Abstract: It is of great significance to set bottleneck buffer to improve the stability of production system and the efficiency of output.According to the complex operating conditions of multi workpiece,multi working procedure and multi machine in the production of air suspensions,the basic model of bottleneck buffer which make the bottleneck procedure wait for the shortest time and make the cost lose least is established based on the fault degree and maintenance degree of machine,the Working in Process (WIP) inventory cost,the loss of bottleneck shutdown and the abnormal production fluctuation.In addition,the basic model of bottleneck buffer is amended according to the interval of process caused by the strategy of batch processing and withholding workpieces.At last,this modeling method is applied to validate the production scheduling of the key components in mechanical structure of the air suspensions and forecast the best bottleneck buffer accurately.
