注采一体化自动转向工具的异形片弹簧特性研究

Study on the characteristics of special-shaped leaf spring of injection-production integrated automatic steering tool

摘要: 基于渤海油田中注采一体化管柱技术的实际应用和相关文献,以自动转向工具中的异形片弹簧为研究对象开展了性能分析,完成了异形片弹簧的高温压缩与为期1年的高温常压试验,得到了其高温条件下的力学性能变化情况,基于试验结果可知,异形片弹簧在温度为250 ℃下工作约半年后达到了稳定状态,其最大弹力降低了约10 %~30 %,同时修正了异形片弹簧的材料参数,基于修正后的材料参数,对异形片弹簧的厚度与宽度进行了共35组全面尺寸仿真分析,得到了异形片弹簧厚度、宽度与最大弹力以及最大塑性变形间的关系曲线,并建立了其数学模型,为自动转向工具的实际应用提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the practical application of injection production integrated string technology in Bohai oil field and related literature,the performance analysis of the special shaped blade spring in the automatic steering tool was carried out. The high temperature compression and the one year high temperature and atmospheric pressure test of the special shaped blade spring were completed,and the changes of its mechanical properties under high temperature conditions were obtained. Based on the test results,it can be seen that the blade spring will reach a stable state after working at 250 ℃ for about half a year,and its maximum elasticity will be reduced by about 10 %~30 %. Meanwhile,the material parameters of the blade spring were modified. Based on the modified material parameters,a total of 35 sets of comprehensive dimensional simulation analysis were carried out on the thickness and width of the blade spring. The relationship curves between the thickness and width of the spring on the maximum elastic force and the maximum plastic deformation were obtained,and the mathematical model was established,which can provide reference for the practical application of the steering tool.
