基于模糊综合评判与虚拟装配的航天器装配工艺评价

摘要: 对于大型复杂航天器而言,合理的装配工艺方案对确保装配操作的可靠性、降低装配成本,以及提高装配效率起到关键作用。为了确定最佳的工艺方案指导航天器装配作业,提出基于模糊综合评判与虚拟装配的航天器装配工艺评价方法。结合航天器装配的特点,确立了评价指标体系;基于装配工艺虚拟仿真,对方案各项指标进行评价;在此基础上建立航天器装配工艺评价模型。以某型号大型航天器的载荷安装工艺评价为例应用该方法,结果表明:该方法实用效果良好,满足航天器装配工艺优选的需求。

Abstract: Assembling process of spacecraft plays a key role in its development cycle.To provide evidence for enterprise to choose the best process plan,method of evaluation of spacecraft’s assembling process plan based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and virtual assembly was proposed,in this method,target system of evaluating model was established;targets were evaluated by virtual assembly;then,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built.Finally,an assembly process of payload of spacecraft was development to illustrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed evaluation method.
