基于模糊修正的重型AT车辆坡道换挡策略研究

Research on slope shift strategy for heavy AT vehicles based on fuzzy adjustment

摘要: 以某重型AT车辆为研究对象,基于已有的传统换挡规律,在分析坡道换挡问题的基础上,充分考虑驾驶员意图,选取多个控制参数,制定了车辆在坡道行驶工况下的模糊修正换挡策略。根据样车参数建立了整车换挡仿真模型并进行了连续坡道工况仿真,最后进行了实车道路试验。仿真结果和试验结果均表明:所设计的坡道模糊修正换挡策略有效地解决了传统换挡策略引起的坡道换挡问题,较好地满足了AT车辆的行驶要求。

Abstract: The heavy Automatic Hydraulic Transmission (AT) vehicle as research object,based on existing traditional shift strategy,on the basis of the analysis of the problems caused by traditional shift strategy on slope,the driver′s intentions were considered fully,a fuzzy adjustment slope shift strategy was devised by using multiple control parameters.According to the parameters of the prototype,the simulation model of vehicle shift was established and the situation of continuous ramp was simulated.Finally,the road test of AT vehicle was carried out.The results of simulation and test showed that,the fuzzy adjustment slope shift strategy can solve the problems caused traditional shift strategy,improving the traveling performance of AT vehicles on slope.
