应用应力-强度干涉的曲轴材料统型可靠性分析

摘要: 针对某型发动机在量产阶段需要对曲轴材料进行统型更换的问题,开展了18Cr2Ni4WA和34CrNiMo6两种材料的强度和疲劳性能测试,采用有限元模拟方法和应力-强度干涉理论对曲轴分别采用两种不同材料情况下的可靠度计算分析,并与传统确定性疲劳安全系数评估方法进行了对比,揭示了传统评估方法的不足,为该型发动机曲轴材料统型设计提供了理论支撑。

Abstract: The material strength and fatigue performances of 18Cr2Ni4W and 34CrNiMo6 were measured for the problem of crankshaft material unification of a certain engine.The reliability of crankshaft with two different materials was calculated based on finite element simulation and stress-strength interference theory.The contrast analysis with traditional deterministic safety factor evaluation method was implemented.Reveals the disadvantage of traditional evaluation method,and provides theory support for material unification design of the engine crankshaft.
