陶瓷管正交通孔内壁相贯线倒角数控加工技术研究

Study of NC machining technology in orthogonal intersection curve chamfer on inner wall of ceramic tube

摘要: 对陶瓷管正交通孔内壁相贯线倒角的数控加工技术及工艺进行了系统研究,建立了内壁相贯线数学模型和刀具路径插补函数模型,设计了专用倒角加工刀具和加工工艺路线。手工编制了内壁相贯线倒角数控加工程序,并在三轴加工中心上进行了实际加工验证,收到良好效果。实现了陶瓷管内壁相贯线倒角的数控加工,提高了倒角加工的精度、质量和效率。

Abstract: Numerical machining technology,which refers to orthogonal intersection curve chamfer on inner wall of ceramic tube was systematically studied.Two models were built including mathematical model of orthogonal intersection curve and interpolation function model of cutting tool path.Both special cutter and processing route were designed for chamfer machining.Machining procedures for chamfering were programmed and then verified on a three-axis machining center.The results showed that machining effect was good.The accuracy and efficiency of chamfer was greatly improved by numerical machining method.
