基于时空约束的船体曲面分段车间调度方法研究

Research on curved block scheduling method in shipbuilding based on spatio-temporal constraint

摘要: 船体曲面分段的生产调度问题流程复杂且具有时空耦合特性,其排产计划和调度方案的制定过程缺乏规范的流程及高效的方法,是船体建造过程中的瓶颈。对此提出了基于时空约束的曲面分段车间调度方法,该方法首先建立包含时空约束的调度问题数学模型;其次综合运用规则及分解策略,设计合理、简便的启发式算法;最后以船体部分曲面分段建造过程为例进行了实例验证。结果表明,所提出的基于时空约束的曲面分段车间调度方法使分段生产效率和车间场地利用率均有明显的提高。

Abstract: The scheduling problem of ship curved block has complex process and characteristic of spatio-temporal coupling,the lack of standard process and efficient method in formulating scheduling plan is bottleneck problem in shipbuilding.Proposed a scheduling method based on spatio-temporal constraint,it first build mathematical model contains spatio-temporal constraint,then use rules and decomposed strategy to design a reasonable and simple heuristic algorithm,finally,some curved blocks were simulated as example to validate the scheduling method.The result shows that the scheduling method which proposed performs well and can bring dramatic increase in block production efficiency and utility rate of work space.
