摘要: 为了进一步提高可靠性强化试验及结果评价的合理性,利用实测载荷谱和疲劳寿命预测理论,计算了变速器室内/外可靠性试验和用户实际使用路面可靠性试验的疲劳寿命,进而确定了室内/外可靠性试验载荷谱的强化系数。通过分析计算,浓缩前后强化载荷谱的损伤值基本一致,而时间大大缩短,说明该浓缩的强化载荷谱能够快速有效地预测零/部件的疲劳寿命,并为产品的可靠性强化试验提供依据。

Abstract: Miner theory and load spectra are used to improve the rationality of the reliability enhancement test and the fatigue life of the transmission is assessed in different enhancement test.And the reliability enhancement coefficient of the enhanced road test and indoor enhanced simulation test is obtained.No matter before or after processing,the damage value of load spectrum is consistent,and the time is greatly decreased.The results show that the concentrated load spectrum can predict the fatigue life of the products quickly and efficiently,and provide a basis for the enhancement testing of their reliability.
