摘要: 开发了基于UG OPEN和ODBC的电极自动编程系统,该系统创建了一个广义知识库,包含自动编程所需要的加工案例库、刀具库、工艺参数库和操作参数库等,可以进行查询、增减、修改和维护等操作。系统还针对不同特征的电极零件,创建了加工该电极所需的数控铣加工工序的编程模板。用户使用时,首先通过案例匹配的方法获取加工电极所需要的编程模板,然后根据实际加工环境从广义知识库调用加工所需参数,进而获得加工该电极所需要的加工程序。将该系统应用于企业实际案例,获得良好的加工效率和加工效果。

Abstract: An automatic programming system for electrodes based on UG OPEN and ODBC was developed.A Generalized Knowledge Data(GKD)base including case sub-base,tool sub-base,process parameters sub-base and operation parameters sub-base,which can be queried,modified and maintained,was created.Aiming at electrodes with special characteristics,some special programming templates for NC milling were built.When program,the case matching was firstly applied for electrodes to be milled,manufacturing knowledge was then called from the GKD according to the real milling environment,the milling program was obtained in the end.High machining efficiency and good machining effect were achieved when the system was applied in the actual cases.
