义齿3D打印机挤出系统关键部件研究与验证分析

Research and verification of key components in 3D extruder extrusion system

摘要: 针对义齿3D打印机挤出成型的高精度要求与传统挤出成型设备局限性的问题,提出一种义齿3D打印机专用挤出系统的设计方案。利用SolidWorks软件的Motion模块对该系统关键部件的运动进行仿真,以验证其是否能实现运动连续性要求,从运动连续性上保证出料的连续性。根据力学理论计算以及ANSYS FLUENT软件流体仿真,对关键部件进行分析,以初步验证设计方案与参数的合理性,最后通过样机实验对该系统的可行性与准确性进行进一步验证。研究结果表明,关键部件的运动符合要求的运动特性,设计参数的合理性与方案的可行性也能够得到证实,为后期针对该挤出系统控制算法的研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: In view of the high precision requirement of the 3D printer of denture and the limitation of the traditional extrusion molding equipment,a design scheme for the special extrusion system for 3D printer is proposed.SolidWorks Motion is used to simulate the movement of the key components of the system to verify whether it can meet the requirements of motion continuity and ensure the continuity of the discharge from the motion continuity.According to the mechanics theory calculation and the ANSYS FLUENT software fluid simulation,the key components are analyzed to verify the rationality of the design scheme and parameters.Finally,the feasibility and accuracy of the system are further verified by the prototype experiment.The results show that the motion of the key components conforms to the required motion characteristics,and the rationality of the design parameters and the feasibility of the scheme can also be confirmed,which lays the foundation for the later research on the control algorithm for the extrusion system.
