新型光缆直径缺陷检测系统研究

A study of new defect detection system of cable diameter

摘要: 目前,国内光缆生产企业主要采用测径仪对光缆直径进行缺陷检测,但其无法实现复杂数据处理功能,因此,需研发一种新型数字化、网络化光缆直径缺陷检测系统。首先对系统总体功能进行研究,构建缺陷检测系统框架,使系统具有缺陷检测、直径数据动态显示、历史数据查询和远程访问等功能。其次,确定系统硬件通信方式与连接方法。最后,构建软件应用程序架构,并运用线性插值方法获取光缆直径缺陷位置信息,采用积分放大算法检测光缆表面凹凸缺陷,同时对直径缺陷位置信息的估计进行误差分析。通过实际应用证明,该缺陷检测系统满足实际生产要求,提高了生产质量与管理水平。

Abstract: The traditional defect detection system usually has one offline function,which sends an alarm when the cable diameter exceeds its standard value.A new online defect detection system has been developed.First,designing functions in this new defect detection system,such as dynamic display of the cable diameter datum,review of detection results,remote access and monitoring.Second,determine the connection mode of the system hardware.At last,build software framework.During the datum processing,linear interpolation has been used to connect the diameter and the location in the cable,and integral amplification algorithm has been used to detect the defect of fiber diameter.Besides,the error of cable diameter position’s estimation has been analyzed,which provides some help in setting the information of data acquisition card.The new defect detection system in this paper has been proved running successfully and efficiently.
