摘要: 机械液压无级传动变速器是一种新型变速器,具有无级调速和效率高等特点。针对一套新型机械液压无级传动变速器,进行液压控制系统设计,通过对开式液压回路和闭式液压回路的分析,结合变速器的实际控制需求,选择闭式液压回路更适合该无级传动变速器。利用AMESim软件,分别进行液压系统建模仿真,通过分析开式回路和闭式回路中泵-马达系统的压力流量特性曲线、系统功率分流以及系统效率特性,验证了闭式回路的合理性。

关键词: 无级传动, 功率分流, 效率特性

Abstract: Hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission is a new kind of transmission,with the features of continuously speed regulation and high efficiency.According to a new type of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission,the design of hydraulic control system is carried out,through the analysis of the open hydraulic circuit and the closed hydraulic circuit,combined with the actual control needs of transmission,the closed hydraulic system is more suitable for the transmission. Using the AMESim for the modeling and simulation of the hydraulic system respectively,by analyzing the pressure-flow characteristic of the pump-motor system,the system power split-flow and the efficiency characteristic of the system both of the open and closed circuit hydraulic system,confirmed the rationality of the closed hydraulic system.
