Research on alignment method of cutting the windshield of ELV based on computer vision

摘要: 使用挡风玻璃自动切割机切割汽车挡风玻璃前,需要对车身进行找正定位。简要介绍了各类找正方法,在指出其应用局限性的基础上,提出了基于计算机视觉的车身找正方法。在车身顶部指定位置放置标定纸并用摄像机拍摄,获取特征点像素坐标,然后根据标定公式获取特征点世界坐标。通过和标准位置特征点世界坐标比较,计算出车身偏移距离和转动角度。该方法找正效率高,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract: The End Life of Vechiles (ELV) was needed to be located before using the windshield automatic cutting machine to cut off the windshield.To give a brief review of various methods of aligning and point out the application limitation in ELV automatically aligning.Based upon the introductions,a new method was proposed,utilizing computer vision technology by setting up a specific plane with calibration paper on the top of ELV.Taking the pictures of the plane and calibration paper with a single camera,and getting the pixel coordinates of specific points,then obtained the world coordinate according to the calibration formula.Computing offset distance and rotation angle of ELV by comparing the world coordinate of specific points with standard.Experiment results indicated that the method was of high efficiency,and had value of popularization and application.
