三段基圆渐开线涡旋型线的双圆弧插值算法拟合与加工

摘要: 建立了三段基圆渐开线涡旋型线的数学模型,利用双圆弧插值的方法逼近拟合该涡旋型线,借助MATLAB软件编程计算数据点坐标,以实现该组合涡旋型线的拟合,并进行误差分析。应用Pro/E软件的加工制造模块实现该涡旋盘的辅助加工,通过设置加工制造过程中的各项参数,使制造流程优化。将提出的双圆弧插值算法与等弧长单圆弧算法进行对比,结果表明:拟合误差降低90 %,拟合节点减少80 %,圆弧段数减少74 %。该方法通用性和实用性强,对变截面涡旋体的数控加工具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: Gives out the mathematical model of the three segment base circle involute scroll profile,it adopts the bicircular arc interpolation to approximate and fit the scroll profile and programming by MATLAB software to calculate the coordinates of date points.Thus,the fitting of the combined scroll profile is realized,then the fitting error is analyzed.Through the processing and manufacturing module of Pro/E,the scroll plate is machined.By setting the parameters in the manufacturing process,the manufacturing process is optimized.Compared with the single arc algorithm,the results show that the fitting error is reduced by 90 %,the fitting notes reduced by 80 %,the number of machining arcs reduced by 74 %.The method is universal and practical.It has certain reference significance to the numerical control machining of the non-uniform scrolls.
