微压富氧舱压力控制系统研究

Research on pressure control system of micro-pressure and oxygen-enriched cabin

摘要: 为使微压富氧舱的压力在升降阶段速度平稳可控、保持阶段压力稳定,提出一种基于PI算法的压力控制系统,通过追踪目标曲线的斜率控制压力变化速度,追踪曲线数值大小控制压力大小。通过建立舱内压力系统数学模型,利用Matlab/Simulink软件建立控制系统模型并进行仿真,整定各阶段PI参数。仿真结果表明,压力升降速度能较快达到稳态,稳态误差小,压力升降能有效跟随目标曲线,超调量小。同时进行实验论证,实验结果表明:微压富氧舱压力系统数学模型正确,控制方式可行。

Abstract: A pressure control system based on PI algorithm is proposed.In order to make the pressure of the micro-pressure and oxygen-rich cabin stable and controllable at the lifting stage and maintain the pressure at a steady pressure.Control the rate of pressure change by tracking the slope of the target curve and track the value of the curve control pressure.Establish the mathematical model of the pressure in the cabin;use Matlab/Simulink to establish the simulation model of the control system;and set the PI parameters of each stage.The simulation results show that the ascending and descending speed can reach steady state quickly,less error,the overshoot is small and the pressure rise and fall can effectively follow the target curve.At the same time,the experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the pressure model of micro-pressure and oxygen-rich cabin is correct and the control method is feasible.
