Innovation design of bead wire hanging glue processes based on ARIZ algorithm

摘要: ARIZ是TRIZ理论中专门用于解决复杂问题的方法。针对胎圈钢丝挂胶工艺中出现露铜现象而严重影响产品质量的问题,应用ARIZ对该生产工艺进行创新设计,并进行试验验证。通过分析露铜的主要原因,确定问题发生的技术系统,建立系统功能模型,并针对技术系统存在的问题,应用矛盾分析、物质-场分析等方法进行系统性分析;通过应用发明原理、标准解及小人法等工具形成一系列创新方案,并结合生产实际,对创新解进行评估,从中得到最优方案。胎圈钢丝挂胶工艺方案的创新设计验证了ARIZ在解决产品复杂问题方面具有实用性与高效性。

Abstract: ARIZ is the method used in the TRIZ theory to solve complex problems in products.In view of the problem that copper exposure seriously affects product quality in the process of bead wire hanging glue,ARIZ algorithm was applied to carry out innovative design of the production process,and experimental verification was carried out.Through the analysis of the main causes of copper exposure,the technical system where the problem occurred was determined,and the functional model of the system was established.Aiming at the problems existing in the technical system,systematic analysis was carried out by using the methods of contradiction analysis and material-field analysis.A series of innovative schemes were formed by applying the inventive principles,standard solutions,smart little people method and other tools.Combined with the actual production,the innovative solutions were evaluated and the optimal scheme was obtained.The innovative design of bead wire hanging process scheme verifies the practicality and high efficiency of ARIZ algorithm in solving complex product problems.
