高强度大传动比线齿轮传动机构设计

摘要: 针对线齿轮在传统机械传动领域应用中存在线齿强度与刚度不足的问题,结合了线齿轮空间曲线啮合的特点,设计出能够运用于传统机械的高强度、大传动比的交错轴线齿轮传动机构。实验结果表明:采用3D打印设备获得的高强度结构线齿轮具有很高的形状精度和尺寸精度,能够实现连续稳定地啮合传动。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of a shortage both in strength and stiffness of the line gear in the traditional mechanical transmission field,combined with the characteristics of the space curve meshing of the line gear,a kind of staggered axial gear transmission mechanism with high-strength and large transmission ratio is designed,which can be used to the traditional machinery.The experimental results show that this kind of line gear with high-strength structure obtained by 3D printing equipment,has high shape-accuracy and high dimension-accuracy,which can perform meshing transmission continuously and stably.
