基于MBD的工艺模型集成化建模与表达

Integrated modeling and expression of the process model definition based on MBD

摘要: 在以设计模型为核心的信息传递模式下,根据工艺设计过程的信息定义、信息传递和信息管理要求归纳出工艺模型基本属性,包括工艺过程信息定义、工艺设计意图表达和工艺信息数据载体3个方面。以参数化为主要方式规范地定义了整个工艺设计过程中工艺设计依据、工艺规划、详细工艺设计、工艺文件导出和工艺审批与管理等环节相关数据。指出CAD系统中可应用于工艺模型建模的5种关联机制,并根据工艺模型集成化特点设计出File Link和Capture/Resource Link两种新的关联机制。在基于模型定义(Model Based Definition,MBD)技术的参数化与三维标注表达方式基础上设计了几何元素引用、捕获视图关联与文件关联表达方法,丰富了MBD技术的表达方式。最后给出了工艺模型在三维CAPP系统集成环境下的设计流程与建模实例。

Abstract: In the information transfer pattern based on design model,according to the requirements of information defining,transferring,and management in process design,the basic attributes of the process model which include definition of process information,expression of process design intent and the data carrier of process information are summarized.The related data of process design basis,process planning,detailed process designing,process file exporting,process approving and management in whole process design is formally defined by using the parameterization as the main way.Points out the five correlation mechanism of the process modeling in CAD system,and according to the integrated feature of the process model,designs two new correlation mechanisms which include the File Link and Capture/Resource Link.On the basis of parameterization and 3D annotation expression way in MBD technology,the way of geometric element references,capture link and file link is designed to enrich expression way in MBD technology.Finally,the design flow and instance of process model in integration environment of 3D CAPP are given.
