单针床经编机卷取机构蜗轮的磨损失效分析

The worm wear failure analysis of single bed warp knitting machine take-up mechanism

摘要: 经编机卷取机构由蜗杆蜗轮减速箱和链轮传动组成,使用过程中,蜗杆蜗轮减速箱中的蜗轮在寿命期内出现磨损现象。由于卷取力无法精确计算,为分析磨损原因,利用无线扭矩测试系统,对蜗杆蜗轮减速箱蜗轮的输出轴进行了扭矩测试,得到了蜗轮的扭转载荷信号图谱,分析了该图谱所示的载荷特性,得到了蜗轮工作时的载荷数据,分析了蜗轮磨损失效原因,提出了明确有效的改进设计方法及结构改进措施。

Abstract: Warp knitting machine take-up mechanism was composed of worm-gear retarder and chain transmission.In service life of the knitting process,the worm wear phenomenon appeared.The coiling force cannot be precisely calculated.For obtain the reason of worm wear,using wireless torque measurement system.Torque of the worm output shaft was measured.The worm torsion load signal mapping was obtained.The reason of impact load showned in the mapping and worm wear failure were analysed.The design method and the structure were improved.
