The lightweight design of the column in moving crossbeam of gantry machining center

摘要: 立柱是加工中心的重要部件,支承着主轴箱、滑枕及横梁等零/部件,对加工中心的加工精度有着举足轻重的影响。以立柱筋板结构、筋板厚度为设计变量,以立柱质量为主要评估指标,以立柱形变量和一阶固有频率为次要评估指标,采用三维设计软件SolidWorks和有限元分析软件ANSYS设计并分析了8种筋板结构的立柱,初步筛选出O型筋板结构设计为最优方案,然后针对O型筋板立柱内部筋板厚度进行设计与分析。结果表明,在形变量基本不变的情况下,O型筋板立柱的筋板厚度为14mm时综合性能最优,优化后立柱质量减轻了352kg,一阶固有频率提高了1.6%。

Abstract: The column is an important part of machine,that supporting the spindle box,ram,beams and other components,it has significant influence on machining accuracy of machine tool.Taking the stiffened plate structure,stiffened plate thickness as design variables,taking the quality of the column as the main evaluation index and the deformation,the first-order frequency as secondary evaluation index.Eight kinds of stiffened plate structure of the column were established and analyzed by 3D design software SolidWorks and finite element analysis software ANSYS,preliminary screening out the “O” type stiffened plate structure is the optimal solution,and then different thickness of rib plate of the “O” type column were designed and analyzed.The results show that “O” type rib stiffened plate with thickness of 14mm has the optimal comprehensive performance,the deformation is unchanged,but weight reduced 352kg and the first-order frequency is increased by 1.6%.
