涡旋压缩机复杂变截面涡旋型线高速加工研究

Research on high speed machining complex scroll profiles of scroll compressor

摘要: 针对变截面涡旋压缩机涡旋组合型线的复杂性,齿槽窄、齿高厚比大、变形量大和加工精度要求高且在高速切削中易产生颤振等加工难点,利用有限元法获取粗、精加工涡旋盘的实体模型,键槽铣刀和立铣刀的模态参数,并通过MATLAB软件得到进给速度和激振频率的拟合曲线,切削速度和激振频率的拟合曲线,避免了粗、精加工切削参数选择不当引起的振动,为高速切削用量的选择提供了理论依据。通过切削实验加工出了变截面涡旋盘,证实了方案的高效可靠性。

Abstract: Because the profiles of scroll compressor is very complicated,narrow alveolar,large ratio of height to thickness,large deformation,high precision and cutting chatter when high speed cutting,it has obtained the modal parameters of rough workpiece,finish workpiece,keyway cutter and end milling cutter by finite element method.The curves fitting of feed speed,cutting speed and vibration frequency,which can be used to guide for the selection of process parameters,to prevent cutting resonance,were acquired by MATLAB software.The validation and reliability of the scheme was verified by experiments.
