汽车制动钳自调螺套高压气密性检测装置研究

Research on the inspection platform of high pressure gas tightness of self-adjusting thread insert

摘要: 结合生产企业对汽车制动钳自调螺套的出厂检测要求,设计了一台汽车制动钳自调螺套高压气密性检测装置,采用定量内压压差法检测自调螺套的微泄漏,并采用MCGS工控组态软件和可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)相结合的控制方式,实现了对检测装置的动作过程控制、数据采集与处理以及检测结果的自动分析与显示。检测结果表明,该检测装置能准确检测自调螺套的密封性以及耐压性,检测效率高。

Abstract: Combined with the factory testing requirements of the self-adjusting thread insert of automobile brake clamp,inspection platform is designed to inspect the high pressure gas tightness of self-adjusting thread insert,micro leakage detection of self-adjusting thread insert by using the method of internal pressure differential method,and using control mode of combinating with PLC and MCGS,completed the motion process control,data acquisition and processing,automatic analysis and display of test results.The test results show that the inspection platform can accurately detect the sealing performance and pressure resistance of the self-adjusting thread insert,and the detection efficiency is high.
