基于有限元的卡车车轮疲劳分析方法

The fatigue analysis for truck wheel based on FEA

摘要: 卡车车轮的疲劳寿命是评价其性能的主要指标之一,为了较好地分析和预测车轮的疲劳性能,根据车轮动态弯曲疲劳和动态径向疲劳试验国家标准,提出了一套完整的车轮疲劳耐久性仿真分析方法。通过建立卡车车轮有限元模型,采用离散化的加载曲线进行加载以模拟车轮在实际工况中受到的旋转载荷,确定了车轮的应力分布及危险区域;基于耐久性分析软件计算出了车轮的疲劳寿命并与试验进行对比验证,结果表明有限元模型和分析方法的正确性。该方法能准确地得到结构中易于发生疲劳破坏的区域,从弯曲和径向疲劳两个方面全面地分析和预测车轮的疲劳耐久性,对车轮的性能进行评价,为后续地改进奠定了基础。

Abstract: The wheel fatigue life of truck is the main indicators to determine its performance.In order to better analysis and forecast the fatigue performance of wheel.Proposed a set of complete the finite element analysis method of the wheel’s fatigue durability based on the national standards of the dynamics bending and radial fatigue testing for vehicle wheel.Through established the finite element model of the wheel and the method used discrete curve as the cyclic loads in order to simulate the actual boundary condition of wheel structure more correctly.And then,the simulation result obtained its stress distribution and critical areas.By using software of fatigue analysis,the fatigue life of the wheel is calculated and analyzed.Afterwards,the dynamic bending and radial fatigue test are conducted and the test results are compared with the simulation results.Based on the contrast,the validity of the method is verified.This method can predict the critical areas and durability of the wheel structure under radian and bending loads accurately.Also it provide a guidance to evaluate its performance and lay a foundation for further design of wheel structure.
