纳米改性Al2O3/TiB2/CaF2自润滑陶瓷刀具的切削试验研究

摘要: 以纳米CaF2作为固体润滑剂制备了3种CaF2含量不同的纳米改性Al2O3/TiB2/CaF2自润滑陶瓷刀具对45钢和40Cr进行切削试验。研究CaF2含量对前刀面摩擦因数及刀具切削性能的影响,总结了切削温度与切削功率的关系;通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察了刀具前、后刀面的磨损形貌,证明了纳米改性自润滑陶瓷刀具的自润滑性能。结果表明,刀具材料中的CaF2含量和切削温度对自润滑刀具的自润滑性能都有影响。在45钢切削试验中,切削温度较高,刀具CaF2含量与刀具的材料切削总量成反比。在40Cr切削试验中,切削温度较低,与ATF1陶瓷刀具相比,CaF2含量较高的ATF5、ATF10陶瓷刀具在切削过程中刀具前刀面摩擦因数显著降低,其中用CaF2含量最高的ATF10陶瓷刀具得到的材料切削总量最高,表现出了明显的自润滑性能和最好的切削性能。

Abstract: Using nano-CaF2 as a solid lubricant,three kind of nano-modified Al2O3/TiB2/CaF2 self-lubricating ceramic tools with different contents of CaF2,ATF1,ATF5,ATF10,were prepared,and used in the 45 steel and 40Cr cutting tests.The influences on the relations between cutting temperatures and cutting powers,rake face friction factors,and cutting properties of different tools of CaF2 contents and cutting temperature were studied,the morphology of tools’ flank wear and rake wear were observed by SEM,proving nano-modified self-lubricating ceramic tools have self-lubricating properties,and explaining the mechanism of tools’ self-lubricating.The results showed that the CaF2 content and cutting temperature both have impacts on the self-lubricating properties of self-lubricating tool.In 45 steel cutting experiment,the cutting temperature was high,tools’ CaF2 contents were inversely proportional to their total amount of material removalis,tools’ self-lubricating was not obvious.In 40Cr cutting tests,the cutting temperature was low,compared with that of ATF1,the friction factors of the rake face of the ATF5 and ATF10 cutting tools with higher CaF2 contents were significantly decreased,ATF10 tool whose CaF2 content of the highest had the highest total amount of material removal,showing an obvious self-lubricating property and best cutting property.
