一种智能快递存取系统设计

摘要: 针对目前快递包裹数量庞大、外观相似,造成存取操作效率低、搬运成本高,特别是针对大型货架,投递员存取货物和查找货物十分不便的问题,从改变原有的快递包裹存取模式出发,提出并设计一种智能快递存取系统。考虑智能快递存取系统的适应性和扩展性,采用模块化设计的方法,进行智能快递存取系统的结构设计。智能快递存取系统模型实例及其运行结果表明:该模型实现了全自动的快递包裹存储与取出,提高了快递存取的效率,降低了快递包裹存取过程中投递员的劳动强度。

Abstract: The number of express package is huge.The appearance of express package is similar.It causes the problems of low storage and access operation efficiency and the high handling cost.Especially for large shelves,courier access to goods and find the goods is very inconvenient.An intelligent express storage and access system is proposed and designed from changing the mode of original express storage and access.Considering the adaptability and extensibility,modular design is used to the structure design of an intelligent express storage and access system.Physical model and movement result show that the proposed system can achieve automatic express package storage and access,improving storage and access operation efficiency,reducing the labor intensity during express package storage and access.
