仿生智能计算在煤机齿轮参数优化设计中的应用

The application of bionic intelligent computing to coal gear parameter optimization

摘要: 为解决某型矿用掘进机(简称煤机)截割减速器在实际工作中频繁损坏的问题,以法向齿轮模数、齿数和齿宽为设计变量,设定重合度最大、滑动率及体积最小作为三个目标函数,并基于强度、传动性能及几何尺寸要求设置约束条件,采用仿生智能计算方法中的微粒群算法,对相互啮合齿轮组设计参数进行了优化,基于优化结果设计的减速器,经装机实验及工业性测试,损坏现象有了明显改善,优化方法为解决工程实际问题提供了借鉴。

Abstract: In order to improve the frequent replacement of the cutting reducer applied on the colliery,based on the demanded of the strength,transmission performance and geometry to set as the restrictions,the design variable such as gear module,teeth and tooth width were seletcted as the design variable,and the parameter such as the maximum degree of coincidence,the minimum slip ratio and volume were set as the objective function.the particle swarm optimization of bionic intelligent calculation was used to optimization the design parameters of gear.Based on the optimization of structural design reducer,the test of installed experiments to verify the optimization results,and it provides a reference to solve practical engineering problems.
