面向绿色制造的切削加工刀具评价与优选研究

Research of evaluation and the optimization selection of cutting cutter for green manufacturing

摘要: 绿色制造是一个综合考虑环境影响和资源效益的现代化制造模式,也是制造业可持续发展的重要保障。刀具的合理选择是提高切削加工绿色性能的关键。基于绿色制造的理念,建立以加工时间T、加工质量Q、加工成本C、资源消耗R和环境影响E为指标的刀具选择评价体系和数学模型,采用三角模糊层次分析法和灰色关联分析法对模型进行求解。结合某企业的电梯零件铁芯切削加工过程中刀具的优化选择为例,验证该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Green manufacturing is not only a modern manufacturing mode which considers the environmental impact and resource efficiency,but also an important guarantee for the sustainable development of manufacturing industry.The reasonable selection of cutter is the key to improve the green performance of cutting.Based on the concept of green manufacturing,the cutter selection evaluation system and the mathematical model are established with the processing time T,the processing quality Q,the processing cost C,the resource consumption R and the environmental impact E as the index.The model is solved by triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis method.Combined with an case of the optimization selection of the cutter which is used in an enterprise elevator parts iron core cutting process,the method can reasonably and effectively solve the problem of cutter selection.
