高速重载轴承座多变量参数化设计方法研究

Research on multivariable parameterized design method for high-speed and heavy-load bearing housing

摘要: 为了缩短轴承座的开发周期,提高相同类型零/部件设计效率,运用现代数字化设计手段建立了与物理性能相关联的高速重载轴承座智能三维参数化模型。以UG10.0为三维参数化设计平台,采用物理热分析方法建立降温油槽深度与轴承尺寸、轴承转速和载荷等变量之间的数学关系表达式;根据数学表达式建立降温油槽深度与轴承尺寸、轴承转速和载荷等条件变量之间相关联的三维参数化模型;运用NX FLOW求解器对其进行有限元分析、验证。结果表明,通过改变几何尺寸或载荷等条件变量所得到的参数化模型满足实际工作要求,实现了高速重载轴承座的智能三维参数化设计,为同类新产品的研发提供了一种智能高效的设计方法。

Abstract: In order to reduce the development cycle of the bearing housing and improve the design efficiency,the three-dimensional parametric design of the high-speed and heavy-load bearing housing is carried out by means of modern digital design.Taking UG10.0 as the three-dimensional parametric design platform.The physical thermal analysis method is used to establish the mathematical relationship between the deepness of cooling groove and the bearing dimension,bearing speed and load.The mathematical relationship is used to establish three-dimensional parametric model that have the relationship between the deepness of cooling groove and the bearing dimension,bearing speed and load.The finite element analysis and verification are carried out by using NX FLOW.The results show that the parametric model obtained by changing the geometric size or load parameters satisfies the actual working requirements,and the intelligent three-dimensional parametric design of the high-speed and heavy-load bearing is realized.It provides the same new product development with a smart and efficient design method.
