基于影像分析法的标准工时测定研究

The standard working hours measurement and study based on image analysis method

摘要: 从标准工时经典理论出发,为更合理方便地测定标准工时,利用摄像技术录制现场作业视频,进而运用达宝易软件与标准工时经典IE手法MOD法进行对比,引入作业评比方法建立标准工时测定流程,可快速实现不同目标下标准工时的测定。通过某企业双手作业案例分析验证了该方法,并比较了达宝易软件和经典IE手法MOD法在分析作业视频改善动作、测定标准工时的优缺点。分析结果表明:利用达宝易软件可快速剔除无效动作,计算出合理的标准工时;利用经典IE手法MOD法通过改善重塑动作流程确定的标准工时,更有利于企业生产效率的提高。

Abstract: Based on the classical theory of standard working hours,in the purpose to measure the standard working hours more conveniently,using video technology to record the working scene,and then use Double-E software or classical IE methods MOD toestablish the determination process of standard working hours combined with job evaluation method,this determination process can calculatethe standard working hoursquickly under different targets.This method was verified by an example of an enterprise’s hands operation,meanwhile compared the advantage and disadvantage between Double-E software and MOD method on the analysis of the video.It can be drawn that Double-E software can be used to eliminate invalid actions and calculate a reasonable standard working hoursquickly.The MOD is better to improve the efficiency of enterprise by improving action and remodelingaction process.
