本构模型参数对切削过程仿真影响的研究

Effects of the constitutive model parameters research on finite element simulation of cutting processes

摘要: 为了提高通过有限元仿真对材料本构模型参数进行确定和修正的精度,需要明确模型参数的变化如何影响切削过程仿真结果,采用AdvantEdge FEM建立了45号钢的正交切削仿真模型,基于材料自定义方法并结合单因素仿真试验研究了Johnson-Cook(J-C)本构方程中五个系数(A、B、n、C、m)对切削力、切屑形态以及残余应力分布状态的影响规律。仿真结果表明:切削力随C的增加先是变化不大而后急剧增大,随其他参数的递增基本呈线性增大的趋势;切屑形态随A、C的增加变薄,随n、m的增加变厚,随B的增加变化不大;残余拉应力极值、残余压应力极值及其深度分别对C和m、A和n、C的变化较为敏感。

Abstract: To improve the accuracy of determine and correct the material constitutive model parameters from finite element simulation,it needs to clear that how the changes of the model parameters affect the cutting process simulation results,the orthogonal cutting model of machining 45 carbon steel was established by using AdvantEdge FEM software,the custom defined material model was used to vary the level of each parameter in Johnson-Cook(J-C) constitutive model,and then the effects of each J-C parameter (A,B,n,C,m) on cutting forces,chip morphology and residual stresses were studied.The simulation results show that cutting forces changes little at first and then increase sharply as the parameter C increases,and increase linearly as the other parameters increase;chip morphology becomes thinner when A and C increase,but becomes thicker when n and m increase,and changes little as B increases;the maximum residual tensile stress,compressive residual stress and its depth are more sensitive to C and m,A and n,C,respectively.
