一种撞击力可控的新型缓冲装置性能研究

摘要: 讨论了一种撞击力可控的新型缓冲装置,将缓冲弹簧连接于气流腔内的活塞上,当碰撞发生时,使缓冲装置中弹簧在压缩吸能的同时可做有限移动,延伸了碰撞瞬间冲量的时间因素,降低了撞击力,从而提高装置缓冲吸能能力。研究表明,在一定范围内,通过调控缓冲装置气流腔尾端泄流孔面积,就可以实施对缓冲装置承受的撞击力的控制,其工程意义在于应用本缓冲工作原理,可以实现对碰撞系统撞击力可控的预设目标。

Abstract: A new buffer with controllable percussive force,of which the concussion spring is connected to the piston of the cavity,is discussed.When collision occurs,the spring will move in a limited way while compressing to absorb forces,which prolongs the time of collision,reduces the percussion force and thus improve the ability of force absorption.The study shows that the percussion force on the buffer can be controlled by changing the area of discharge orifice on the end of the cavity.The principle of this buffer can be used to realize the control over the percussion force within a default.
