Wisdom workshop information perception and analysis system

摘要: 为了满足智慧车间管理系统对数据采集与信息交互的高要求,以LabVIEW为上层软件的开发平台,通过无线传感网(WSNs)和串口通信相结合,利用调用动态库技术,实现多路数据的并行采集,并通过实验验证了该数据采集方法的可行性。研究结果表明,基于LabVIEW的环境监测、生产状态监控和设备故障诊断的车间信息感知与分析系统能快速有效地对各路数据进行处理、分析、实时显示和存储,该方案对未来智慧车间管理系统的优化具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: In order to satisfy the high demand for data acquisition and information interaction in the wisdom workshop management system,take the LabVIEW software as development platform.Through the combination of the Wireless Sensor Networks(WSNs) and serial communication,using technology of calling dynamic library to implement parallel multichannel data acquisition.The feasibility of the data collection method is verified by the experiments.The results showed that the workshop information perception and analysis system,based on LabVIEW,about workshop environment monitoring,production condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment is effective to deal with various data,analysis,real-time display and storage.The experiment has a certain reference value to optimization of furture wisdom workshop management system.
