光电寻边器在铣削异型工件对刀中的应用

The application of photoelectric edge detector during tool-setting in milling abnormal shape workpiece

摘要: 在铣削加工中,考虑到零件结构或尺寸的原因,工件装夹时要斜置一定的角度,此时工件的轮廓边往往不能与工作台的X轴、Y轴平行,给对刀带来一定的困难。利用光电寻边器的检测功能,结合数控系统的用户宏程序来实现此类零件的半自动对刀,并利用G68指令实现零件的自动加工。

Abstract: Sometimes because of part structure or size in milling,when the workpiece need to inclined to clamp,the contour cannot parallel with the X axis and Y axis,which make the tool-setting difficult.The method to realize the semi-automatic tool-setting in milling this kind of parts by using photoelectric edge detector was introduced and combining with user macro program of CNC system,then using G68 to facilitate automatic processing.
