选区激光熔化成型H13钢的致密度与组织研究

Research on density and microstructure of H13 steel formed by selective laser melting

摘要: 采用H13模具钢粉末进行选区激光熔化成型工艺实验,并对成型试样的致密度和显微组织进行了分析。实验结果表明,过高和过低的线能量都不利于试样致密度的提高,当线能量为0.45J/mm、激光功率为180W及扫描速度为400mm/s时,试样的致密度为最高值94.27%。在成型过程中激光功率对致密度的影响程度高于扫描速度对致密度的影响程度,不合理的工艺参数组合会导致内部组织不均匀,产生裂纹+孔隙等缺陷,从而降低成型试样的致密度。

Abstract: The process validation is carried out by the study on the H13 die steel formed by selective laser melting,the density and microstructure of the samples were analyzed.The result shows that too high and too low linear energy is not benefit to improve the density.The density of the samples formed by selectire laser melting could reach the highest value 94.27% with laser linear energy of 0.45J/mm,the laser power of 180W and the scanning speed of 400mm/s.Laser power is higher than scanning space on the influence of density during the forming process.The unreasonable combination of process parameters could lead to uneven internal microstructure,micro cracks and pores,these phenomena could reduce the density of the sample.
