带锯机上薄钢带疲劳寿命的实验及分析

The fatigue life parameters and analysis with the steelskin belt of band saw

摘要: 利用自主研制的带锯机,分多组进行实验,测试出不同张紧力作用下薄钢带的疲劳寿命,以及它与张紧轮之间的最大静摩檫力。考虑到张紧力影响疲劳寿命和共振频率,静摩擦力提供切割力,上述因子均与切割参数相互影响,利用实验数据、理论计算和基于Workbench软件的辅助计算,进行受力分析和模态分析,旨在推导疲劳寿命与切割参数之间的影响关系,为带锯机切割参数与张紧力的选择提供重要的理论依据。

Abstract: In order to test the fatigue life of thin band and the maximum static friction force between thin band and the tension pulley with different tension,experiments were carried out in several groups by using self-developed band saw.The tension force effects the fatigue life and the resonance frequency,and the static friction force provides the cutting force for band saw.The above factors influence the cutting parameters.Experimental data,theoretical calculation and aided calculation based on Workbench are used.By force analysis and modal analysis,aimed to deduce the relationship between fatigue life and cutting parameters,provide an important theoretical basis for selecting the cutting parameters and tensile force of band saw.
