基于ADAMS的大型模锻液压机系统动力学仿真研究

摘要: 基于协同的思想,利用多种软件建立某大型模锻液压机的动力学模型。首先在SolidWorks软件中建立三维模型,通过软件接口导入到ADAMS软件中,建立刚体动力学模型;然后利用Patran/Nastran软件生成柔性体模态中性文件,导入到ADAMS软件中,生成刚柔耦合动力学模型,以研究刚柔耦合对系统动态特性的影响。理论仿真与实验分析结果表明,建立刚柔耦合模型可以更加准确地分析模锻液压机的动力学特性。

Abstract: Based on cooperative thought,taking a large die forging hydraulic press as analysis model,the method how to unite several softwares to build dynamic model is introduced detailedly.Firstly,the 3-D model is built in SolidWorks and then transmitted to ADAMS,forming the dynamic model of rigid body.Secondly,the model neutral file of flexible body is generated in Patran/Nastran,then it is introduced into ADAMS and the rigid-flexible coupling model is built,which is used to research the influence of rigid-flexible coupling model on dynamic characteristics.The simulation and experimental results show that the rigid-flexible coupling model can be more accurately analysis the dynamic characteristics of the press.
