烟灰缸逆向建模及检测技术研究

摘要: 以机加工零件烟灰缸为研究对象,研究了双目激光扫描仪测量原理、主要误差情况及优化算法;采用优化后的高精度REVscan三维激光扫描仪对烟灰缸零件进行扫描,获得了烟灰缸零件点云数据;借助Geomagic Studio逆向建模软件和Geomagic Qualify检测软件实现了烟灰缸零件的逆向建模和数模比较,得到烟灰缸零件的色差检测和尺寸标定结果。通过烟灰缸零件的CAD图样和零件标定尺寸分析,可以发现烟灰缸整体的加工精度较高。该检测方法为质检部门人员控制产品质量提供了科学手段,具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract: The principle of the binocular laser scanner which has the error and optimization methods is studied firstly and then the cloud data of the ashtray part was scanned and obtained by the optimized REVscan 3D laser scanner.Secondly,the reverse design of the ashtray part was conducted by using of Geomagic Studio and the practical model of ashtray parts was compared with the theoretical model in the Geomagic Qualify.And furtherly,the color difference detection and size calibration of ashtray parts were achieved.The results showed that:the overall tolerance of the ashtray sizes is high by comparing the CAD drawings with calibration dimensions.The method of numerical comparison provides scientific means for controlling product quality,having important practical significance.
