颗粒增强金属基复合材料成型模具的 设计及脱模工艺研究

Study on demoulding technology and design of die for particle reinforced metal matrix composites

摘要: 通过对SiC颗粒增强Cu基复合材料压制成型过程中的受力及压坯产生裂纹的原因进行分析,设计并改进了适合该类复合材料的成型模具,并根据复合材料的特点研究出相应的脱模工艺,试验结果表明:该成型模具可达到避免压坯产生严重变形和裂纹的效果,且所得压坯表面粗糙度小;模具结构简单,组装与拆卸方便,实用安全,压制效率高。

Abstract: During the process of compacting SiC particles reinforced Cu matrix composite powder to green compact,the forces and reasons for cracks of green compact were analyzed. A die for this kind of composite material was designed and improved. Moreover,corresponding demolding technology was studied according to characteristics of the composite materials. Results show the designed mould can prevent green compacts from deformation and cracks effectively and surface finish of the compacts is very smooth. In addition,mould structure is simple; assembly and disassembly are all convenient; the mould is practical safety and is of high compacting efficiency.
