超起装置对伸缩臂屈曲分析的影响

Influence of super-lift system on buckling analysis of telescopic boom

摘要: 基于ANSYS Workbench平台,对超起装置及其部分几何参数对伸缩臂的屈曲临界吊重影响进行研究。发现超起装置安装位置合理,超起撑杆展开适当角度将大幅度提升伸缩臂的临界吊重,相反也可能成为一种载荷导致临界吊重下降。临界吊重随着超起撑杆夹角φ增大先增大后减小。临界吊重随着超起撑杆长度H的增大先有一个略微减小的趋势,然后迅速增大,当超起撑杆长度H达到某长度时继续增大H值对临界吊重提升不再明显。临界吊重随着超起撑杆与伸缩臂的铰接点到基本臂根部的距离L增大而增大,说明将超起撑杆安装在基本臂靠近末端最有利。

Abstract: Based on the ANSYS Workbench platform,influence of the super-lift system and geometric parameters influence on the critical lifting capacity of the telescopic boom is studied.It is proved that super-lift system can be installed at a reasonable position and angle of the super-lift mast is expanded properly will increase critical lifting capacity of the telescopic boom.The super-lift also may become a load to decrease the critical lifting capacity.The critical lifting capacity increases first and then decreases with the increase of angle φ of the super-lift mast.The critical lifting capacity gradually decreases first and then increases rapidly with the increase of length H of the super-lift mast.When the length of super-lift mast reaches a certain length,the critical lifting capacity enhancing effect is not obvious with the continuing increase.The critical lifting capacity increases with the increase of distance L between the hinge point of the super-lift mast and the telescopic boom to the basic jib root,which means that it is most favorable that the super-lift mast is mounted near the base end of the basic jib.
