STL文件参数对熔融沉积成型过程的影响研究

Research in the influence of STL parameters on the process of FDM

摘要: 目前快速成型的主要数据接口文件格式有STL、IGES和STEP等,其中STL文件格式已经成为快速成型制造的标准接口格式。采用Pro/E 5.0软件,以机床导轨简化模型为例进行建模与STL文件转换,通过设置不同的弦高(因素A)、角度控制(因素B)和步长大小(因素C),并利用正交试验,分析各因素对工件成型效率与成型质量的影响。通过试验得出上述3个因素对成型效率指标影响的主次顺序依次为因素C、因素B、因素A,从而确定效率最优组合为C2B3A1;对质量指标影响的主次顺序依次为因素C、因素A、因素B,质量最优组合为C1A1B3。在熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印机上进行试验验证,试验结果表明,应用上述两个组合分别进行熔融沉积成型确实能得到较高的成型效率和质量。

Abstract: At present,the main data interface file formats is:STL,IGES,STEP,etc.STL document has become standard format of a rapid prototyping manufacturing.The Pro/E 5.0 was taken to model the scaled track as an example and convert the part file to STL file.Setting different values of the height (A),angle control (B),step size (C),conducting orthogonal test to analyze the effects of them on the molding efficiency and molding quality.Finally the important order of the effect on the efficiency was obtained as C,B,A,and the optimal combination is C2B3A1.The important order of the effect on the quality was obtained as C,A,B,and the optimal combination was C1A1B3.The final validation test was conducted by the Fused Deposition Molding (FDM) 3D printer.The results showed that the obtained combinations were conducive to the better quality and efficiency.
