The application of TRIZ and scenario decomposition in disruptive innovation

摘要: 破坏性创新是一种打破思维定势的产品创新技术,有助于新老企业实现技术的突破性创新,提高企业的核心竞争力。为了降低破坏性创新的应用门槛,以破坏性创新理论为基础,集成TRIZ中的技术进化理论、创新工具和情景分解法,创建基于TRIZ和情景分解法的破坏性创新模型,提高产品技术成熟度预测和创新解获取的效率和质量,增强问题关键环节分析的针对性,利用电冰箱的破坏性创新设计实例验证了模型的合理性和实用性。

关键词: 破坏性创新, 发明问题解决理论, 技术进化, 创新工具, 情景分解法

Abstract: Disruptive innovation is a product innovation technology that breaks the mindset,which is helpful for the new and old enterprises to realize the innovation of technology,and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.In order to reduce the threshold of disruptive innovation,integrate the technology evolution theory and innovative tools of TRIZ and scenario decomposition method based on the disruptive innovation theory,creating the model of disruptive innovation based on the scenario decomposition method and TRIZ,the efficiency and quality of product technology maturity prediction and the innovation solution obtained are improved,and the pertinence of the key problem analysis is enhanced,the rationality and practicability of the model are verified by the example of the disruptive innovation design of refrigerator.
