摘要: 产品拆卸序列的优化有助于提高产品的拆卸效率和经济性。分析废旧产品的拆卸过程,对废旧产品中的零件进行分类,将其零件分为破坏性拆卸零件和常规拆卸零件两类,把零件分类的概念引入拆卸模型中,进而建立一个改进拆卸混合图模型,将常规拆卸方法和破坏性拆卸方法有效地结合起来应用到废旧产品的拆卸过程中。构建以最小拆卸时间和最小拆卸成本为目标的产品拆卸序列多目标优化函数,运用粒子群算法对该目标函数进行求解。通过实例验证该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: The product optimization of disassembly sequences contributes to improve the product disassembly efficiency and economic performance.The disassembly process of used products is analyzed and the used parts to be disassembled can be categorized into two types,namely,destructive disassembly and conventional disassembly.Introducing mechanical parts classification into disassembly hybrid graph and further establish an improved model of disassembly hybrid graph.Then,an integrating destructive disassembly and conventional disassembly method is applied to complete disassembly process of used products.A multi-objective function of disassembly sequences for used parts,including disassembly time and cost,is established and aims to minimize the disassembly time and cost.Meanwhile,Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) is used to multi-objective optimization.Finally,an example is illustrated to verify the feasibility and validity of proposed method.
