大跨距同步带直线驱动机构运动特性分析

Motion characteristic analysis of long-span linear motion mechanism driven by synchronous belt

摘要: 为了满足一种新型三自由度光学检测靶标的直线运动机构在大行程、高速度情况下的精度要求,提出利用大跨距同步带直线驱动机构作为该系统的直线运动机构。利用UG软件和RecurDyn软件建立了同步带直线驱动机构的虚拟样机并进行多体动力学仿真计算,分析了导致负载在直线运动过程中产生直线运动误差的主要因素和同步带初始张紧力、负载加速度和质量对负载直线运动误差的影响规律,研究表明负载直线运动误差随初始张紧力的增大而减小、随负载加速度和质量的增大而增大,为同步带直线驱动机构在长距离直线运动精密机械中的应用提供了参考。

Abstract: Using long-span linear motion mechanism driven by synchronous belt as the linear motion mechanism for a novel three-degree-of-freedom optical testing target to meet the accuracy requirements in the large stroke and high speed conditions.The linear synchronous belt drive virtual prototype model is created using UG and RecurDyn software,and the multi-body dynamics simulation was carried out.The main factors leading to the linear motion error of the load during the linear motion and the influence of initial tension,load acceleration and mass on the linear motion error were analyzed.The results show that the motion error of the load decreases with the increase of the initial tension force,and increases with the increase of the acceleration and the mass of the load.It provides a reference for the application of the linear drive mechanism of the synchronous belt in the long distance linear motion precision machinery.
