R铣刀精确铣削力建模的机匣铣削让刀仿真研究

Simulation study on milling error for casing based on R cutter accurate milling force modeling

摘要: 采用Python脚本语言对ABAQUS软件的前处理模块进行二次开发,将铣削力依次加载到铣削区域各点,获得延伸机匣由让刀引起的加工变形数据。利用机械力学模型,综合考虑前刀面剪切效应和后刀面犁切效应对R铣刀铣削力进行精确建模。仿真结果符合实验加工中的让刀情况,证明了该铣削力模型和仿真方法适用于机匣薄壁零件的加工让刀预测,研究结果对此类零件的工装设计提供了理论指导。

Abstract: Python scripting language was used in pre-processing module of ABAQUS for secondary development,through loading the force on the milling region,the data of machining deformation cause by milling error were obtained.Based on the mechanical model,accurate modeling of R cutter milling force was established on the basis of considering the shear effect of the rake face and the ploughing effect of the flank face.The simulation results were in accord with the milling error of actual processing,the milling force model and the simulation method were proved applicable for the milling error predict of the casing,the research results provided theoretical guidance for tooling design of such parts.
