装载机驱动桥疲劳试验扭矩载荷谱的编制方法

The torque load spectrum compiling of loader driving axle fatigue test

摘要: 以装载机前驱动桥疲劳试验扭矩载荷谱的编制为例,将各种工况实测有效数据雨流计数统计的结果按比例系数进行工况合成,并采用雨流矩阵法对合成工况载荷谱外推,得出驱动桥的全寿命扭矩载荷谱,以此为基础编制了前驱动桥疲劳试验和强化疲劳试验的加载谱。编制出的驱动桥疲劳试验扭矩载荷谱能更加有效地反映装载机实际作业情况,为装载机传动系的抗疲劳设计和疲劳寿命预测提供了依据。加载一个需用10.3 h的强化疲劳试验加载谱块,相当于装载机实际作业609.2 h,加快了驱动桥总成疲劳试验的进程。

Abstract: Taking the loader front driving axle torque load spectrum compilation of fatigue test as an example,the result which from the rain-flow counting of the effective measured data of different kinds of working conditions,has been synthesized according to the proportional coefficient of working conditions.The extrapolation of rain-flow matrix has been applied to extrapolating the torque load spectrum of working conditions synthesis.The whole life cycle of two-dimensional front driving axle torque load spectrum has been gained.The load spectrum of fatigue test and intensified fatigue test has been compiled.The torque load spectrum of the drive axle fatigue test can reflect the actual operation of the loader more realistic and effectively,which provides the basis for the anti-fatigue design and fatigue life prediction of the loader transmission system.Loading an intensified fatigue test load spectrum of 10.3 hours is equivalent to the actual operation of the loader for 609.2 hours,which means that the fatigue test process of driving axle is accelerated greatly.
