拆除机的液压剪优化设计研究

摘要: 目前,国内1~5 t挖掘机和拆除机适用的拆除剪工具头尚处空白,而此类拆除剪工具头是国内拆除机器的主要设备之一,需要了解其工作机理才能更好地进行优化设计,因此,设计了一个拆除机上的液压剪物理样机,其结构依据物理特征和力学特性进行设计;在ANSYS Workbench软件中分析得到剪刀体在固定载荷作用下的结构总变形云图和应力云图,分析剪刀体的应力分布情况和引发疲劳破坏的原因,得知其把柄、剪刃和剪刀体前端处产生应力集中,易引起结构的疲劳破坏,从结构和材料两方面对其进行优化设计,其剪刀体前端优化首次采用可更换套件,分析结果表明,优化后剪刀体强度更大,结构更为合理,使用寿命更长。

Abstract: At present,the domestic application of 1~5 t of demolition and removal of excavator machine tool head cut is still blank,and this kind of demolition cut tool head is one of the main equipments of domestic dismantling machine,these need to know its working mechanism to optimize the design.Therefore,it is designed a hydraulic dismantling machine on shear physical prototype,its structure was designed based on the physical characteristics and mechanical properties.The scissors body is gotten deformation nephogram and stress in a fixed load structure by ANSYS Workbench software.By analyzing the stress distribution of the scissors body and the causes of fatigue damage,it is found that the stress concentration is easy to cause fatigue damage to the structure at the handle, cutting edge and the front end of the scissors body.The structure and material of the scissors are optimized,and the replaceable kit is used for the first time.In the end,the results show that the optimized scissors have higher strength,more reasonable structure and longer service life.
