基于LabVIEW的超声波坐标定位仪设计

The design of ultrasonic coordinate locator based on LabVIEW

摘要: 为提供一种新型的物体平面定位方法,设计一种操作简单、工程上容易实现的坐标定位仪。将超声波测距原理应用到物体的平面定位中,利用AT89S52单片机作为核心处理器,驱动两舵机进行旋转,带动两超声波测距模块US-100进行扇形扫描,分时发射超声波信号并采集反馈信号,计算测量距离,由RS-232串行口与计算机连接通信,将测量数据传输给主计算机,利用虚拟仪器LabVIEW,实时动态显示物体的坐标方位并绘制其移动路线。结果表明:单个超声波收发装置4 500mm以内测量误差在0~17mm之间,测量盲区为23mm。整个超声波定位仪样机各项功能完成良好。

Abstract: Aiming at providing a new kind of object positioning method,designing a kind of simple operation and easy to implement in engineering coordinate locator with applying the ultrasonic ranging principle to the object plane positioning,which has AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as its core to drive two steering engines MG946R running and two ultrasonic ranging modules US-100 sector scan.The US-100 launches ultrasonic signal and gathering feedback signals in time-sharing.The microcontroller disposing of the feedback signal and calculate the distance measurement.It is communicated with computer by RS-232 serial port and transfer measurement data to computer.The computer uses LabVIEW to display the object's coordinate azimuth and draw its mobile route dynamically in real-time.The experimental result shows that a single ultrasonic transceiver within 4 500mm measurement error between 0~17mm,the measuring blind area for 23mm.The ultrasonic device prototype's functions complete well.
