LEBUS绳槽加工用机床的数控系统设计

Numerical control system design of the engine lathe for processing LEBUS grooves

摘要: 在大吨位卷扬机滚筒上广泛使用LEBUS绳槽双折线卷绕系统,该系统升降安全,并能大大延长钢丝绳的使用寿命。为了解决LEBUS绳槽的批量加工问题,设计了一种实用的LEBUS绳槽加工用数控系统,在对老旧的普通车床进行数控化改造时可以配套该系统。详细论述了LEBUS绳槽加工用机床数控系统的设计过程,包括CPU芯片的选择、存储器的扩展设计、I/O接口的扩展设计、键盘与LED显示接口的扩展设计,以及D/A接口的扩展设计等,并给出了LEBUS绳槽加工软件的设计思路。该系统控制精度高,结构简单,操作方便,性价比高,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract: The LEBUS double-broken-line-groove winding systems are widely used in large tonnage winch drums which are safe and secure and can prolong the service life of the steel rope.In order to solve the batch processing problems of LEBUS grooves,a practical numerical control system for processing LEBUS grooves was designed in the paper which can be matched with the NC transformation of the old universal lathes.The design process of the numerical control system of the engine lathe for processing LEBUS grooves was discussed in detail,including the selection of the CPU chip,the expanding design of the memory,the expanding design of I/O interface,the expanding design of the keyboard and LED displaying interface and the expanding design of D/A interface.And the design idea of LEBUS grooves processing software was also given.The system has high control precision,simple structure,convenient operation,high ratio of performance to price and has certain popularization and application value.
