高弹性合金材料的微细电解铣削加工技术研究

Micro electrochemical machining for difficult-to-cut high elastic alloy

摘要: 高弹性合金材料微小型零/部件在航空航天、精密仪器等领域的使用越来越广泛。针对传统方法加工高弹性合金材料微小型零件比较困难的问题,利用纳秒脉冲电源微细电解铣削加工技术对其进行了研究。介绍了微细电解铣削加工技术的原理和实验装置;研究了微细工具电极的在线制备方法和主要工艺参数对微细电解铣削加工精度的影响;并进行了两种典型微小结构的综合加工实例验证。研究表明,利用纳秒脉冲电源微细电解铣削加工技术可以加工出具有良好质量的高弹性材料微小结构。

Abstract: Micro parts and components of high elastic alloy are widely used in industries of aeronautics and astronautics,precision devices and so on.To solve the problem that these parts and components are difficult to machine with traditional machining methods,nanosecond-pulse micro electrochemical milling machining technology was applied to machine micro parts of high elastic alloy.Firstly the principle and set-up of micro electrochemical milling machining technology were introduced.Then an online-making method for micro electrodes and effects of main process parameters on machining precision were studied.Two typical micro parts were successfully machined with this technology.Experiment results show that micro parts of high elastic material can be machined with nanosecond-pulse micro electrochemical milling machining technology,and these parts are of good quality.
